penii is committed to making our app and website more usable for people with disabilities. We design and review experiences with accessibility in mind and continue improving the product as the service evolves.
We work to support clear structure, readable contrast, scalable text where supported by the platform, touch targets that are easier to activate, and labels that help assistive technologies communicate important actions and content.
We aim to improve toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA expectations over time where they apply to our mobile app and public website. penii has not completed a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not make broader certification claims.
If you have trouble using penii or notice an accessibility barrier, email hello@penii.us with the feature you were using, your device, the assistive technology involved if any, and what support you need. We use that feedback to prioritize fixes and workarounds.
Accessibility improvements are part of our ongoing product work. We may update this statement as features, testing coverage, and support processes change.
