1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using penii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Declining to accept means you cannot use the app.

2. Account Responsibilities

Users must keep login credentials confidential and remain responsible for all account activity. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain updated details. The service sends necessary operational, billing, and security communications.

3. Financial Data and Product Scope

The platform delivers manual-entry tools for personal finance management covering expenses, bills, savings, budgets, and forecasting. The information displayed in the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

4. Manual Data Accuracy

You are responsible for entering accurate bill, balance, income, and expense information to keep forecasts reliable. While information is presented clearly, accuracy of user-entered data is not guaranteed.

5. Subscription Terms

penii Pro is offered as an auto-renewable monthly subscription on Apple platforms. Free trials auto-renew unless canceled beforehand. Pricing varies by region and is shown during purchase. Users manage subscriptions via Apple account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided without warranties. Liability excludes indirect and consequential damages, capped at amounts paid within the previous twelve months.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations. Users may self-delete accounts; subscription cancellation is separate.

8. Feedback

Voluntarily submitted feedback grants a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for service improvement.

9. Changes to Terms

Updates occur periodically, with material changes reflected in-app and on this page.
