Account deletion

You can delete your account inside app settings. If you need help completing that process, email us and we will assist with the request.

Subscription help

penii Pro is managed through Apple. You can restore purchases inside the app or manage cancellation through your Apple subscription settings.

Privacy questions

Questions about data storage, deletion, or account information can go directly to hello@penii.us and will be handled through the same contact path.

Accessibility help

If you run into an accessibility barrier in the app or on the website, email hello@penii.us with the feature, device, and assistive technology involved so we can investigate and improve it.
